Durval Carvalho Avila Jacintho is an Electronic Engineer with a Master's in Automation from the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP in Brazil and an international consultant boasting 38 years in the technology sector. His career spans roles in both national and multinational firms, including Villares Control, Comsat, and AT&T. He served as the Vice President of Customer Operations for Latin America at Lumen, dedicating 25 years to the company since its inception under the Impsat brand, and held the position of Statutory Director in Brazil. With MBAs in executive leadership and project management, he has contributed numerous articles on technology, management, and ethics, and in 2023, he authored the Portuguese-language book "Eu mudei o Mundo - A tecnologia digital em análises". Certified Board of Directors member by the IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, he also serves as the vice coordinator of the IBGC Ethics committee and is part of the Innovation & Startups Squad of the São Paulo Interior Chapter.
